Our wonderful home healthcare team consists of district nurses/nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors who together are responsible for our patients enrolled in home healthcare.

Our friendly health center is centrally located at Hässelby Torg, close to the subway. The health center has just over 17,000 registered patients, of which about 300 are enrolled in home healthcare. Job Responsibilities:

Standard tasks in home healthcare with home visits and administrative work. You will have patient responsibility in your own area within a well-functioning team in close collaboration with other employees. We document in TakeCare and plan care in Lifecare.

Qualifications:

Licensed nurse/district nurse. Experience in home healthcare is an advantage. B driver's license.

Personal Qualities:

You should be able to work independently with your own responsibility and also have an easy time collaborating with others in the team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment. Monday - Friday, full-time, part-time can be discussed. We apply flexible working hours. Start date according to agreement.
