The practice includes a doctor's office, nurse/district nurse office. Nurses/district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics in Asthma/COPD, Obesity, Diabetes, and Hypertension.

Our staff consists of 3 permanently employed district doctors, one licensed doctor (future ST-doctor), five nurses, and one nursing assistant. The practice also includes a counseling clinic and its own laboratory.

Job Responsibilities

Together with the Operations Manager and the Medical Responsible Doctor, you will have great opportunities to influence your work, as we have short decision-making paths and a high ceiling. There is an opportunity to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work both independently and in a team with other staff categories at the clinic.

As a nurse at Vallatorpsdoktorn, your work is varied. You will work daytime, on weekdays (8 AM - 4:30 PM), and will primarily work in the home care team. In Home Care, you will distribute medications, give subcutaneous injections, make medical assessments, insert catheters, perform wound care/dressings, vaccinate, flush ears, and take venous blood samples, etc. You will also work at the clinic with telephone advice and varied clinic work. A B driver's license is required.

Everything is under one roof here. We have specialist doctors in general medicine, training doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, and nursing assistants. The clinic has about 6000 registered patients.
