In your role as Customer Support/Inside Sales at HomeMaid, you will primarily work to offer our customers first-class service via phone and email. You will handle incoming inquiries regarding HomeMaid's services and manage additional administration as well as work with proactive sales over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with new customer acquisition

• Actively work with upselling to both existing and former customers.

• Engage in proactive sales over the phone

• Support customers via phone and email.

• Handle customer issues such as cancellations and rescheduling, customer complaints, simpler damage cases, and assist colleagues with cancellations and rescheduling of services.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in the role of Customer Support/Inside Sales, you have previous experience working in a service-oriented and customer-focused manner. You have a natural inclination to always go the extra mile and a flexibility that helps you handle periods of higher workload. You enjoy using the phone as your primary work tool and have the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. You like a fast-paced environment, and your desire to develop and curiosity help you move forward. Of course, you enjoy working towards set sales targets.

Important for the position is that you:

• Are inclusive and respectful in contact with different people

• Have documented experience in sales and service, preferably via phone

• Have good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME and Tengella

• Can speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.

ABOUT THE POSITION The position is primarily during daytime hours from 08-17, Monday to Friday, but other working hours may occur.

Location: Lund Employment: Full-time, with a 6-month probationary period Start date: Immediately
