JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT technician, your tasks are varied but mainly consist of end-user support in our IT support. This means providing user assistance both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting, creating guides, etc. You will also participate in the development of IT infrastructure and services. You belong to the IT unit that works for all departments and companies within Hammarö municipality.

The IT unit consists of 15 people, including Hammarö City Network, with the workplace located at Sätterstrand. Employment will be arranged by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

• High school education with a focus on technology or IT.
• Very good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows 11.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting mobile devices.
• Service-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).

Post-secondary education in IT is an advantage, and we would like you to have previous experience working in IT support.

As a person, you are open, driven, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and a desire to provide excellent service. We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who contributes to a good working climate through good communication and collaboration.

Probationary employment may occur.
