We are looking for a driven and structured Logistics Manager for Evolan Pharma AB in Danderyd.

Evolan is a Swedish pharmaceutical company with about 30 employees. The business is conducted from the head office in Danderyd. The company is one of the fastest-growing in the pharmaceutical industry with many new products in the registration and launch phase. Employees have extensive industry experience with core competencies in the development, marketing, and sales of pharmaceuticals. Evolan is constantly developing its operations and product portfolio, which includes pharmaceuticals, medical technology, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be part of the Logistics and Supply Chain department. You will work with the entire flow of goods from start to finish. As Logistics Manager, your responsibility is to ensure the most efficient supply of goods possible to and from our warehouses to our customers in Sweden and the rest of the world. You are not afraid to take on significant responsibility; you are meticulous, reliable, flexible, and good at managing a varied workflow.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory management of products from selected suppliers.

• Forecast future needs and communicate them to suppliers.

• Place orders with suppliers.

• Manage customer orders.

• Monitor delivery of customer and purchase orders.

• Maintain price lists and customer data.

• Analyze and challenge the current setup, continuously seeking improvements/efficiencies.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Logistics, and the team consists of five people.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

• Good knowledge of inventory management, distribution logistics, and transport planning.

• Analytical skills, structured work style, social competence, and resilience under stress.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as extensive experience with Excel.

• It is highly meritorious if you have a background in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.

We also value experience working with a large product range and handling data in Excel, as well as understanding the entire chain from placing orders with the factory to sending orders to customers.
