• Manufacturing and casting of prefabricated concrete elements according to drawings, work descriptions, and safety procedures.
• Preparation of molds, reinforcement, and insertion of embedded goods for concrete elements in production.
• Quality control and documentation of completed work to ensure that finished elements meet requirements and standards.
• Assembly as well as post-processing and repair of concrete elements as needed.
• Collaboration with colleagues in production, assembly, and technology to maintain high and consistent quality throughout the process.
• Actively participate in improvement work for more efficient work processes and increased safety in the workplace.

• Experience in concrete work, preferably within prefab or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of reading drawings, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete casting.
• Experience working practically with tools and machinery for prefab production.
• Driver's license B is a requirement.
• Forklift and crane licenses are advantageous.
• Good Swedish skills in speech and writing to handle instructions, documentation, and safety information.

• Daytime work, but shift work may occur depending on production needs.
