HVAC Installer for Service Department (2 positions) – Nera Installation, Nyköping

Nera Installation is growing and is now strengthening the service department with two HVAC installers. The Role – What You Will Do With Us

As a service installer, you will primarily work on smaller, varied assignments where almost every day is new. You will work with the installation of heat pumps, installations in bathrooms and kitchens including bathroom renovations, installation and service of heating and cooling systems, as well as various plumbing work related to insurance cases and water damage. The role includes not only service assignments but also smaller contracts, renovations, and tenant adaptations.

The work is mostly independent, but sometimes in a group. You have a clear customer-facing role with responsibility for feedback and ensuring that the customer feels confident in both interaction and execution.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a trained and certified HVAC installer and hold a B driver's license. You are comfortable in customer dialogue, socially competent, and perceived as positive and professional, as you are practically Nera's face to the customer.

Experience is an advantage, preferably 2–3 years, but it is not a strict requirement if the education and personal profile are right. It is meritorious if you have:

• Safe Water certification

• Welding license

• Trainings such as Hot Work, Aerial Lift, CPR, and Safe Construction or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• The position is full-time and permanent with a six-month probationary period.

• Working hours are 07:00–16:00.

• Collective agreement applies according to the construction technical installation agreement.

• You will be based in Nyköping and work in Nyköping and surrounding areas.
