About the Role

As a project manager at Ventilationsprojekt, you will have overall responsibility for your projects from calculation and bidding to final delivery. You will plan, lead, and follow up on projects together with the branch manager and our experienced technicians.

The role includes preparing calculations and quotes, leading the project planning, and being responsible for staffing, purchasing, and finances throughout the project. You will ensure that projects maintain high quality, are delivered on time, and achieve the goals set for both customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will be a clear and present contact person for the customer and have a central role in the collaboration between technology, production, and management. The position offers great opportunities to influence both working methods and the company's continued development. For the right person, the role can eventually evolve into a more strategic responsibility.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in project management within ventilation, HVAC, or installation who wants to take the next step in their career. You have a good understanding of how a property is technically structured and the ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.

As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and confident in your professional role. You communicate easily and enjoy close contact with both customers and colleagues. You are positive, solution-oriented, and contribute energy and commitment to the group. Furthermore, you remain stable even in pressured situations and have the ability to inspire and build trust in your surroundings.

It is an advantage if you have experience in calculations and project planning as well as installation training or equivalent technical background. You have good computer skills and preferably experience with calculation and project management systems.

The position is based in Eskilstuna and surrounding areas. We prefer that you live in or near the area, as our projects are primarily conducted locally in the region.
