About the Role

We are now looking for a teacher for the construction and civil engineering program who will train our students to become carpenters. Here you have the chance to combine your professional knowledge with a significant role as a mentor and educator for adults who want to step into the construction industry.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while expressing your own passion for your profession. You are part of an engaged teaching team where collaboration and joy at work are at the center.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets the industry's requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge and at the same time see your participants grow and develop!

You should have at least five (5) years of documented professional experience in the relevant field. It is advantageous if you have a teaching license. If you do not have a teaching license, our fundamental view is that you should have an interest in furthering your education to become a teacher in the long term. The assignment involves conducting theoretical and practical sessions and exercises to achieve course goals corresponding to various vocational courses within the construction and civil engineering program. As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to help our students reach their goals and develop knowledge in a creative way. You contribute to students developing skills that lead to employment in their chosen field. We see that you are self-driven and structured with the ability to organize, take responsibility for, and prioritize your activities effectively. Your computer skills are good as some documentation and communication occur digitally via a learning platform. The work takes place during daytime hours. Follow-up of workplace-based learning is included in the position.
