We are now looking for a lively and committed substitute who can step in as needed (sickness and leave) and work during the summer of 2026 with a girl in her 30s living in Linköping.

About the role

Our client is a social girl who appreciates an active everyday life. She spends four days a week at a daily activity center, but in her free time, she wants to add some sparkle to her life. This includes everything from shopping, attending theater and concerts to taking walks or visiting family. Your task is to be her extended arms and legs and enable a meaningful everyday life.

Job responsibilities

• Personal support: Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, toilet visits, showering, feeding, and transfers.
• Home: Managing daily chores such as cooking, shopping, dishwashing, cleaning, and laundry.
• Activities: Support and participate in leisure activities, outings, and social contexts.

Qualifications

• Communication: You have good communication skills and great patience. Since the client has communication difficulties, it is a big plus if you have experience with communication boards, Bliss, and eye tracking.
• Experience: It is an advantage if you have previously worked with people with disabilities.
• Adaptability: You have a natural ability to read needs and adapt your support according to the client's wishes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is caring, responsible, and has a genuine drive in their work. Since the girl enjoys being active, we prefer that you also appreciate being on the go. You spread positive energy, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

Since the position involves covering at short notice and during the holiday period, we expect you to be flexible and available for work during the summer. You should be able to work night shifts (which includes some on-call duties).

We want you to be smoke-free, as the work is done close to the client. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is important for communication and documentation.
