Laboratory medicine is located in both Karlshamn and Karlskrona.

The operations include transfusion medicine, clinical chemistry, and pathology/cytology distributed across 5 departments. About the Job

We are looking for summer substitutes for our sampling center in Karlshamn.

At the Sampling Center, we take samples from patients with orders from health centers, clinics, and other hospitals. Patients can be of all ages, and we perform venipuncture, capillary sampling, glucose tolerance tests, etc. Here, you will also work alone but with other experienced staff in the same location.

We place great emphasis on individually tailored introductions to provide the best conditions for you in your work.

Working hours are during the day, and the degree of employment is according to agreement.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or a nursing student.

As a person, you should enjoy constantly meeting new people and have the patient/donor in focus. You should be engaged, flexible, and positive, as well as enjoy collaborating in a team. You also see it as a given that you support and help each other when needed.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
