District Nurse/Nurse at Ljusdal-Ramsjö Health Center

At Ljusdal-Ramsjö Health Center, we provide standard primary care with doctor/nurse consultations, child health care, psychosocial teams, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and family doctor services around the clock. We collaborate with Region Gävleborg's services such as radiology, laboratory, and community care departments.

As of February 1, 2026, the operation will be part of Region Gävleborg Din Hälsocentral AB, the company for publicly operated health and child care centers in Gävleborg. Together, we want to develop and shape primary care and create a good working environment for managers and employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We work passionately for a good working environment and strong collaborations among colleagues. The role of district nurse/nurse includes great flexibility with varied and stimulating tasks, and is carried out together with other professional categories for the benefit of our shared patients. You will work in a team with an engaged and secure work group consisting of district nurses, doctors, reception nurses, diabetes nurses, and nursing assistants.

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will work with:

• planned consultations including diabetes consultations
• acute visits
• telephone advice
• home visits
• collaboration with other care and community actors
• participating in care planning/SIP at home and planning for the patient's care after hospital stays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible and goal-oriented with the willingness and ability to work both independently and in a team. We value a positive attitude, commitment, and a sense of service. There are requirements for independent work, good reception, good collaboration skills, and professional responsibility.

In the role of nurse/district nurse, you should:

• be either a licensed nurse or a licensed district nurse.

If you have experience in primary care, have diabetes competence, or want to educate yourself in diabetes, it is highly meritorious.
