We are looking for someone who is either junior or senior in the profession with experience in property management, maintenance, and knowledge of technical systems in buildings. With us, you will be an important part of the team and responsible for ensuring that properties operate safely, energy-efficiently, and reliably.

• Responsible for the operation, supervision, and ongoing maintenance of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and control systems

• Troubleshoot, rectify, and document technical faults, as well as initiate and follow up on service and repair work

• Plan and perform preventive maintenance according to operation and maintenance plans

• Perform minor installation and assembly work and support contractors during larger interventions

• Conduct tests and functional checks and report deviations and improvement suggestions

• Ensure that properties meet applicable safety and environmental requirements

• Communicate with colleagues, property managers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth work processes

• Documented professional experience in property management or maintenance

• Knowledge of technical systems in buildings, such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and control and monitoring systems

• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational optimization

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

• Driving license B is an advantage

• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, prioritizing safety and quality

• You take initiative and can work independently with responsibility for your own tasks

• You are flexible and can handle varying workdays and urgent matters as needed

• Consulting assignment for 6-9 months
