Gaudii is a rapidly growing clinic chain with great ambitions to improve people's quality of life. We are now looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for our two clinics in Stockholm to help us continue our journey towards delivering superior service and results-oriented treatments for pelvic floor problems.

About the role

As a nursing assistant at Gaudii, your role is crucial to the customer experience. You will welcome customers at the clinic, conduct consultations, maintain records, and perform treatments with Emsella and Embody. Customer service is of utmost importance to us at Gaudii – your approach creates the first impression and shapes the customer's entire experience. Therefore, your mission is central to the organization; you ensure that every customer feels professionally welcomed, respected, and safe throughout their visit with us.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations

• Perform treatments with Emsella and Embody (training included)

• Welcome and support customers throughout their visit.

• Maintain records

• Ensure that the clinic is always in top condition.

• Inform and educate customers about core and pelvic floor health.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about customer service and has a strong interest in health and well-being.

• Is a do:er with unique social skills and the ability to create safety and trust.

• Is proactive and structured

• Is action-oriented and solution-focused

• Has a flexible mindset

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience working in other growth companies

• Have experience in sales and can combine service with business acumen.

• Have experience in service professions

• Have competed in sports at an elite level
