As a nurse, you are central to the patient's care. You are the primary contact and coordinate efforts around the patient. You work independently, but never alone – around you is a multidisciplinary team with colleagues you collaborate closely with. Meet our nurses.

Main responsibilities:

• Consultation (including phone)

• Sampling and medication follow-up

• Care planning and annual checks

• Patient and family education

• Registration in quality registers

We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is followed up with validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and enables individualized treatment that creates real value for the patient. Follow-up is done digitally, which reduces administrative burden and frees up more time for what you are passionate about – patient contact.

• Licensed nurse

• Preferably a specialist nurse in psychiatry, but it is not a requirement

• Experience in psychiatric work, for example in inpatient and/or outpatient care, is advantageous

You have an interest in psychiatry and thrive in a role where you work in a structured, meticulous, and evidence-based manner. You have a systematic approach and see the value in follow-up and quality assurance in daily work.

As a person, you are meticulous, organized, and have the ability to prioritize and create structure even in a changing environment. You appreciate collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to a good working environment.

You are proactive, eager to share your expertise, and want to help develop the organization forward in an environment where we learn from each other.
