Do you want to work in a flexible role where you can contribute to good and safe healthcare? We are currently looking for a dedicated and flexible district nurse for a position of 40–100% working hours at our health center to continue providing valuable care to patients.

Sofia Health Center offers professional care from birth and throughout life. With personal service and continuity, we have been located in Södermalm since 2001. The clinic is doctor-led with approximately 7,700 registered patients, home care, and a laboratory. We have a stable staff group with permanent doctors, psychologists, and nurses.

About the position

As a district nurse with us, you will perform standard nursing tasks at the clinic, such as patient counseling, sample collection, wound dressing, and medical assessment. Telephone counseling and home care are included in the position. You play an important role in our team and contribute to ensuring that our patients receive a professional and safe healthcare experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has further education as a district nurse.
• Enjoys working independently and in a team.
• Has good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Experience in primary care or clinic work is an advantage.
