Responsibilities

As a support assistant, you provide individual and everyday support. Your task is to create a safe environment and a meaningful day for our residents through respectful and calm interaction.

·        Scope: 80-85 % working hours.

·        Working hours: Varying schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as sleeping on-call during the night.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and passionate about developing care within LSS. You have a natural ability to build relationships and remain calm even in challenging situations.

We wish that you have:

·        Formal competence in care and nursing.

·        Experience working within LSS.

·        Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and good computer skills.

·        A cooperative attitude and a willingness to contribute to our positive atmosphere.
