Kista care and nursing home is located right next to Kista center with good communication links.

The facility has 72 places divided into 7 units with both somatic and dementia focus. A nurse is present in the operation during days and evenings with duty every 6th weekend. We have high goals for the operation and see participation and responsibility as a given for high and good quality. We put the individual's needs at the center and place great importance on health and well-being.

Your role

As a nurse, you are responsible for the residents' health and medical care efforts, e.g., regarding medications and doctor contacts. As a nurse, you have care responsibility for 1-2 departments. There is a very good collaboration where the day is planned together. Teamwork is important, and you will have close cooperation and mentor nursing staff. Together with staff, rehab, managers, and administrative staff, you will be involved in the unit's development work. We document in Vodok/ICF.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed nurse.
• have experience in elderly care.
• have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• competence in geriatrics, dementia, or palliative care.
• experience with the documentation system Vodok.

You have good collaboration skills and are pedagogical and attentive. You are responsible, independent, and meticulous. Flexibility and a positive attitude are also important qualities.
