About the Company

Svenska Transnordic Spedition AB (STS Transnordic) is a smaller freight forwarding company specializing in its own road transport to and from Norway and Denmark as well as transport brokerage to the rest of Europe. With great commitment, STS serves customers primarily located in southern and southwestern Sweden, as well as partners in the respective countries.

About the Position

As a salesperson, you will identify and contact existing and potential customers with the aim of building long-term relationships. You will work through regular customer visits and follow-ups where you present STS's products and services and tailor offers based on the customer's transport needs. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to negotiating prices and writing contracts. The deals vary between short and long sales cycles, and you will adjust your sales strategies accordingly. As part of your role, you will also contribute to the development of sales routines and processes and manage the company's marketing activities.

In addition, you will work with:

- Creating price quotes and bids

- Conducting competitive and market monitoring to identify new business opportunities

- Participating in internal meetings to report sales results, forecasts, and customer feedback

- Collaborating with transport planning

- Ensuring that sales processes and routines are documented and followed

- Developing and working with marketing strategies and materials

- Working with forecasts and tracking sales results in Excel

In addition to your operational work in sales, you will, together with the CEO and transport manager, be part of a management team where the company's future strategies and initiatives are developed. This gives you the opportunity to grow with your role and have a direct impact on the company's development.

About You

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, responsible, and structured. You thrive in a role with a lot of customer contact and have a natural drive to create business and build long-term relationships. You also have an interest in marketing and see the value in working systematically with sales.

In addition, the following is required:

- Experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding from roles in sales or planning

- Documented experience with customers and pricing of transport

- Good familiarity with and competence in transport systems

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

- Ability to take initiative and confidence in contact with both customers and colleagues

Extent: Full-time

Working Hours: Office hours, flexible time

Location: Malmö

Salary: Fixed salary by agreement
