JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Job

As a care worker, you can choose to work in one of the following areas:

• Elderly care
• Support for people with disabilities/Social psychiatry

Regardless of which area you choose, you will have a varied and social job. Your task is to help individuals who need support in their daily lives. You collaborate with the individuals and provide service and care in a way that suits each person.

You have the option to choose whether you want to work full-time or part-time. You can also specify when during the summer you want to work. We would of course like you to work as many weeks as possible during the holiday period.

You will work varying hours during the day, evening, weekends, and even nights if you wish. Varying working hours provide opportunities to combine work with fun summer activities.

Benefits

In addition to secure employment conditions, collective agreements, and insurance, you will also receive a number of benefits:

We offer you as a summer substitute in support or care the opportunity for a summer bonus with extra pay.

There are two different bonuses available:

• Eight-week bonus
• Early application bonus

If you work continuously for at least eight weeks during the summer period, you will receive an extra week's salary.

You will receive the bonus provided that you:

• Work at least eight weeks continuously during the period from week 25 to week 34 with a maximum absence of 2 shifts.

Early Application Bonus

If you apply early, you can receive a bonus of 2000 SEK.

You will receive the bonus provided that you:

• Have agreed on a summer job by March 31.
• Work at least eight weeks continuously during the summer period from week 25 to week 34.
• Have a maximum absence of 2 shifts during the agreed 8-week period.

• Free admission to Sysslebäcksbadet.
• Opportunity for wellness grants where temporary employees receive the grant proportionately based on the length of employment and employment rate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• has a genuine interest in working with people.
• is flexible and meticulous.
• works well in a team.
• takes responsibility for both their own and the group's work.

It is certainly an advantage if you have a care and nursing education, but your personal qualities are the most important.

Requirements:

• You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driver's license is an advantage and it is desirable if you are over 18 years old.
