Sveriges Ridgymnasium AB is a stable organization that has been in operation for over 20 years. Today, our schools are located in four locations across the country. We are committed to being at the forefront of developing our schools and our pedagogy, and collegial learning is a high priority. In Svedala, about 30 employees work. Nearly 130 students are distributed across the school's three grades. The students study the Natural Resource Program, specializing in Horse Management.

This is what you will work with us:

Property Manager

Your task is to be a property manager. Another property manager currently works at our facility. With us, you will perform maintenance and service of our land, riding arenas, roads, yards, vehicles, tools, and buildings; such as classrooms and stables. The position includes some horse handling. You will be our operational contact for projects involving our land and properties. You will manage deliveries and refill water in paddocks and feed in stables, for example. Driving vehicles such as tractors, ATVs, and trailers is included in the job. Some horse handling is also part of the position. This is just a selection of the daily tasks that our property manager handles. Some tasks are seasonal, while others are year-round.

The position can also be combined with work in our student housing, with staffing and on-call duties.

Start Date and Work Hours

The position will be filled by agreement. The job is part-time, 50%-80%, depending on which combination of duties is possible as mentioned above. The property management part corresponds to a 50% position.

It is very important to us that you enjoy working with young people and support the school's values.

Driver's License: It is an advantage if you have the following qualifications: B, B96, C.
