In this role, you will hold a key position in our ongoing investment in automation and smart production. You will work both operationally and developmentally – from troubleshooting PLC systems to improving machines, production lines, and preventive maintenance. As a maintenance technician at Alfdex, you will be part of our maintenance team in production in Landskrona, where you will work closely with production, quality, and technology. The role is broad and varied, suitable for those who enjoy having many points of contact and a day-to-day where no two days are alike. You will play a central role in ensuring stable operations in our production lines while contributing to the development and improvement of our machines, systems, and working methods.

You will work in a technically advanced environment focusing on automation, electronics, and smart production. An important part of the role is troubleshooting and working with PLC systems, robots, and vision systems, as well as working practically with mechanical repairs, adaptations, and improvements. The role combines both urgent interventions and preventive maintenance, where you, together with the team, drive the development towards a more proactive and data-driven maintenance organization.

We are looking for a self-driven and solution-oriented maintenance technician with a strong technical interest in automation and control systems. You thrive in a production-close and practical role where you can combine mechanical work with advanced technical troubleshooting, and where you have the opportunity to influence both technology, working methods, and improvement initiatives. You are comfortable in an environment where everything is not always clearly defined and where you are expected to take responsibility, drive things forward, and contribute your expertise in everyday life.

You have at least a few years of experience working with automated production equipment and feel confident troubleshooting PLC-based systems, preferably in combination with robots and vision systems. You are curious, structured, and enjoy delving into new technical solutions, especially in electronics and automation. With a proactive and unpretentious approach, you collaborate closely with production, technology, and quality to ensure stable operations, high availability, and continued development of Alfdex production.
