Do you want to take the next step in your career and take responsibility for a workshop in an established brand?

We are now looking for a Workshop Manager for our facility in Helsingborg who wants to take full responsibility for daily operations and continue to develop an already established business.

Here you step into a functioning facility with existing customers, structures, and working methods - while you get great trust and the opportunity to influence how we work going forward.

In the role, you will work operationally in the workshop, combined with planning, customer contact, and responsibility for quality and delivery. You will also have personnel responsibility for a Technician. You will have secure support from the organization, regional manager, and competent colleagues - as well as a strong brand behind you.

Does this sound like you? Welcome to us!

We are Work System - and we make a difference in the everyday life of professionals.

Since 2009, we have created smart, crash-tested, and modular vehicle interiors that bring order and clarity to service vehicles across Europe. Our driving force is simple: to make working life safer, smoother, and more efficient. We combine innovation, quality, and care with a strong team spirit where we support each other and our customers. Together we build solutions that save time, money, and the environment - and make every workday safer.

Your role as Workshop Manager with us

As Workshop Manager, you have full responsibility for the daily operations of the workshop. The role is largely operational and suits you who enjoy working practically, taking responsibility, and ensuring that the work maintains high quality - from the first customer contact to final delivery.

You will work operationally in the workshop with the installation of our product range and be responsible for planning the work in the workshop for yourself and the Technician.

In the role, you will also be responsible for incoming customers, accessory sales, and order management. The role is very varied and flexible, which means that no day is like the other. You will be a key person at the facility, which requires you to adapt and plan your days according to the needs that arise.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Assembly and installation of vehicle interiors and accessories, primarily in transport vehicles.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving - you take responsibility all the way from reception to delivery.
  • Planning and scheduling of workshop work.
  • Sales, purchasing, and service towards customers.
  • Customer contact, email, and administration.
  • Ensuring high quality, safety, and delivery in all work.

The majority of your time will be spent hands-on in the workshop, with elements of administration and customer contact.

Who are you?

We place great emphasis on our employees thriving and developing with us. Therefore, we believe that you are a person who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and understands that it is the people in the team who create success. As a leader, it is therefore important that you are unpretentious, attentive, clear, fearless, and skilled at engaging and motivating.

You have a clear quality and customer focus, are structured in your work approach, and enjoy a role with variation, pace, and personal responsibility. As Workshop Manager, you also have result responsibility.

Our wishes for you:

  • Experience in leading or coordinating work in a workshop or industrial environment (meritorious).
  • Experience in connecting 12V electricity in vehicles, such as auxiliary lights, work lighting, or similar (meritorious).
  • Previous experience working with vehicles in a role as a mechanic or similar, or have an interest in cars and/or enjoy tinkering in your spare time (meritorious).
  • Driver's license B, manual (requirement).
  • Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing (requirement).

What we offer you

  • A key role in an established and well-functioning facility, backed by a strong brand.
  • Great personal responsibility and trust in everyday life.
  • Short decision-making paths in an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Market-based salary, profit-sharing, ATF, pension, and insurance.
  • Wellness allowance, wellness time, AWs, team activities, and community.
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime.
