About the role:

In Hässleholm, we will open a new facility in the spring with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and close relationships. With us, you will be involved from the start and help shape both culture and customer experience in a business where every customer counts.

As a Personal Service Technician, you will work according to our PST concept where the customer is always at the center. You are responsible for the entire customer journey – from the first contact to follow-up after the workshop visit.

Job responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the customer from booking to finished car

  • Receiving the customer and the car

  • Work planning, service, and repair

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting with modern systems

  • Returning the car, payment, and follow-up

  • Ensure high quality in both work and customer interaction

You will work in a modern brand workshop with support from advanced diagnostic tools, workshop coaches, and a team of competent colleagues. Your role is crucial in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for our customers.

Requirements:
  • Automotive technical education

  • Valid B driver's license for manual cars

  • Good computer skills

  • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:
  • Work experience from similar positions

  • Experience in customer management with good references

  • Interest in modern automotive technology

Employment form, scope, contact

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. The position is full-time based at our facility in Hässleholm.
