I am currently looking for personal assistants who want to be a safe and respectful part of my daily life. It is important to me that you are a calm, stable person with a genuine interest in the profession.

I am a woman living in Södertälje. I have a congenital physical disability and use a Permobil.

Right now, I need hourly substitutes, and there is also the possibility of some fixed shifts if we match particularly well!

You need to have a life and work situation that allows you to be flexible and able to step in at short notice.

As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive and have great respect for integrity and self-determination. You should be able to support and help without taking over, as well as follow the directives regarding daily tasks. The work can vary from day to day, which requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the situation. It is also important that you do not rush, but can let things take the time they need.

You need to be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both to understand instructions and to collaborate with those around me. Cooperation is an important part of the job, while you should also feel comfortable working independently. Arriving on time, taking responsibility, and taking the job seriously is a given.

The work also includes practical tasks such as cooking, so it is a requirement to be able to prepare simple meals. You should also be able to manage a home with everything that entails.

It is important that you enjoy being active in daily life and are willing to join in on walks and various activities when it suits.

The working hours can vary and include days, evenings, and weekends. Experience in personal assistance, care, or support is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you are the right person and have the willingness to learn.
