Do you want to work in a growing tech company where you actively drive sales, build relationships with customers, and close deals? We are now looking for a salesperson who will have significant responsibility in developing and executing the sales process to closure.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a growing tech company that is now ready for the next step - to develop and structure their sales. They want to take a more strategic approach to sales and are therefore looking for a driven and business-minded person who, in close collaboration with the CEO, will play a key role in shaping and driving the sales work forward. In this role, you will work with a strategic sales focus aimed at closing deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline, prospecting new customers, and handling incoming inquiries. You will work tactically with various channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn to create a modern sales process. The role also involves simpler budget work and content dissemination on LinkedIn.

You will have close collaboration with the CEO, who is also the founder of the company, providing you with great opportunities for development and insight into entrepreneurship.

  • Hold sales meetings with potential customers
  • Identify and qualify leads - build and manage your own pipeline
  • Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to create and follow up on customer dialogues
  • Collaborate with the CEO to shape a scalable and efficient sales process
  • Contribute to CRM management and reporting of sales activities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is driven, goal-oriented, and fearless in customer dialogues
  • Has an interest in sales, tech, and entrepreneurship
  • Is studying at a post-secondary level in business administration, sales, or equivalent, graduating no earlier than January 2027
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
  • Is fearless in customer dialogues and has a willingness to learn
  • Has work experience in customer-facing roles and conducting meetings

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience working in CRM systems
  • Experience working in structured sales teams or independently towards goals.
