Are you a driven communicator who loves to create business opportunities over the phone? We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference for companies by booking meetings focused on creating better security solutions for existing and potential business customers!
Sparc Group's subsidiaries DirectPartner Stockholm, Läns Alarm Göteborg, and Linköping are regional partners of Securitas Direct focusing on technical security solutions for businesses.
About the position As an inside sales representative focusing on phone bookings, you play a key role in our sales process. You will become an expert in making contact with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and booking meetings for our salespeople. You are an important part of helping companies take the step towards better, safer, and more cost-effective security solutions.
Location: Stockholm, Göteborg, or Linköping (please specify your preferred location when applying) Employment: Full-time Start: By agreement
Responsibilities
Actively call and establish contact with decision-makers at existing and potential customers/companies.
Book meetings for our senior salespeople
Qualify customer needs and provide relevant information about our security solutions
Document calls and follow-ups in CRM
Contribute to the team's goals and follow up on set KPIs
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in sales via phone, customer contact, or meeting booking
Enjoys making calls and is communicative both verbally and in writing
Is goal-oriented and achieves results through structure and engagement
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)
Is a team player with a positive attitude
As we are a security company, you must not have any remarks or be listed in the RPS criminal record. A background check will be conducted during the process.
Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in B2B sales or the security industry Experience with CRM systems and documentation based on sales and follow-up
