In Sweden, approximately 300 employees work daily to deliver solutions to operators, construction companies, network owners, retail, and other essential societal actors.

About the position

Our client is now looking for installation technicians/electricians for a comprehensive project within district heating and cooling. The project includes new installations as well as associated service and maintenance efforts and is expected to last throughout 2026.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing installations according to established work procedures, ensuring correct assembly, connection, and labeling, and contributing to high operational reliability, quality, and good customer experience. The work is carried out independently on-site, with clear routines and planned time allocation per installation.

Job description

• Assembly and installation of FLEXU cabinets
• Installation of safety switches
• Installation of network cables
• Labeling of cables
• Cable pulling, up to about 30 meters or more depending on conditions

We are looking for someone who

• Has electrical training or relevant certification
• Has ECY certification
• Has experience in electrical and/or control installations
• Is used to working independently and in a structured manner
• Has a good understanding of cable pulling, labeling, and documentation
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Has a B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience in district heating/cooling
• Previous work with control cabinets or FLEXUS systems
