The social unit consists of four employees who work with social issues in housing. By creating collaborations and good contacts with tenants, associations, authorities, and other parties, we contribute to a socially sustainable society. Through our operations at the city farm Aspö, we offer added value for our customers and for Skövde as a whole.

Job Responsibilities

Your role as a social coordinator spans a wide area - which requires flexibility and a strong commitment and interest in people's development and living conditions. You will alternate between operational and strategic tasks. The role includes maintaining ongoing contacts with tenants and also having some contacts with authorities.

You will work with disturbance cases, misconduct in rental relationships, preventive measures, and safety issues partly independently but also together with others in the team.

Your work is company-wide and you collaborate with different parts of the organization. The social unit belongs to the department of Rental and Social Sustainability.

Education and Experience

Good communicative and administrative skills as well as social competence are prerequisites for fitting the position. The role also requires a structured and systematic approach with the ability to express oneself professionally in speech and writing.

You should also have a good knowledge of the various support functions in society and a deep understanding of people's different life situations. You should enjoy taking initiatives, be persistent, and at the same time be able to act rationally and calmly in pressured situations according to the conditions and requirements you have to relate to.

We are therefore looking for someone who is primarily a student and has an ongoing education in behavioral science, social work, or similar. Furthermore, we would like you to enjoy working closely with people and have an easy time creating good and trusting relationships as well as having good administrative skills.

As a person, you are calm and responsible and can focus on the right things even when there is a lot happening at the same time. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Duration and Contact

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment from June 15 to August 7, 2026, and is regulated according to Fastigo's collective agreement, the K-agreement. Salary according to agreement.
