About the Assignment

The position involves a calm pace, structure, and community, where the relationship between the assistance user and the assistant is central. The man appreciates the little joys of everyday life and enjoys activities that provide both joy and security.

He particularly enjoys:

• Water and swimming

• Singing and music

• Outings

• Cooking from scratch

• Stretching and KP training

About the Job

As a personal assistant, you are an important support in everyday life, both practically and socially. The work is largely done in double staffing, which provides security and the opportunity for good collaboration. There is plenty of room to build a good working relationship and feel proud of the work you do. For many, this becomes more than just a job. It is a role that provides life experience, perspective, and a sense of contributing in a way that few other professions can offer.

The assignment includes:

• Swimming pool visits about 6 times a week

• Accompanying assistance to daily activities

• Varied working hours:

o 06:00–14:00

o 13:30–21:00

o 24-hour shifts 14:00–14:00 (with waiting time)

• Support in daily activities that require some physical ability

• Consideration of allergies (eggs and gluten)

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and understands Swedish fluently

• Is reliable, punctual, and cooperative

• Has experience with epilepsy (or is comfortable learning)

• Has a calm, empathetic, and respectful approach

• Has sufficient physical ability to assist in certain tasks

• Enjoys working where relationships and continuity are important
