Anna Trolles home care is responsible for home care in Gamla Norr in Växjö. We travel by bike between our care recipients, which is not only environmentally friendly but also allows us to have wonderful encounters along the way. Our work takes place in people's homes, where we provide support in everyday life with everything from personal care and service efforts to health and medical tasks.

Part of our mission is also to create quality of life, and sometimes this means something as simple and valuable as a walk in the sun with a care recipient.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have a certified nursing assistant education
• Be able to ride a bike, as we travel between care recipients by bike
• Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Have IT and computer skills are meritorious but not required
• Experience from home care is meritorious, but we also welcome you who are new to the profession

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in their professional role and enjoys working independently
• Has a flexible working style and is proactive
• Takes responsibility, has good collaboration skills, and is open to new challenges
