Seeking Care Assistants with Specialized Skills for Special Team

We are currently looking for care assistants with specialized skills for a special team primarily working with individual clients. The job involves varying working hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends.

You will

• provide care, support, and personal assistance based on assessed needs
• work preventively in performing daily tasks
• document in the operational system
• create a safe and meaningful environment.

You must have

• care assistant education or other training/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• good telephone and computer skills
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• experience in managing and caring for tracheostomy
• experience in using and monitoring a cough machine
• experience in performing airway suctioning

It is advantageous if you also have

• knowledge and experience in documentation
• experience in healthcare with similar assignments.
• Care assistant with specialized skills
