At Apoteket Liljan in Ludvika, you will become part of an engaged team with two pharmacy technicians and five pharmacists. The pharmacy is centrally located in Engelbrekt Galleria, an easily accessible shopping area with free parking nearby and just a stone's throw from the train and bus station. Convenient for both customers and employees.

The Galleria offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and services, creating a pleasant and vibrant working environment. Here, we work closely together in a team where collaboration, quality, and customer focus are at the center. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09-18, Saturdays 10-14, Sundays closed. The position can be full-time or part-time, and we are flexible in the arrangement.

Our medication-responsible pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. As a medication responsible, you actively guide your colleagues by providing support for questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments.

• Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management.

• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk and incident analysis.

• Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You also need to have worked at least 2 years in an outpatient pharmacy.

• You have worked with deviation management with root cause investigation and planning and follow-up of actions.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in establishing and revising instructions in the self-control program.

• You have at least 1 year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of actions.

• You are meticulous, meaning no important and crucial details are missed.

• You have a particular interest in quality. You are attentive, secure, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life.
