Doing ST in primary care in Dalarna means an exciting assignment with a wide variety of patient encounters. We work from the perspective of seeing the whole person and take broad responsibility for the individual's well-being and recovery.

We are looking for you who want to help us build good and close care for our residents. All our training health centers have been SPUR reviewed in 2024 for quality assurance purposes.

We are now looking for more ST doctors in general medicine for several health centers, with Mora in the center and our more rural and sparsely populated health centers around. The area's magnificent nature and wide range of activities invite unique opportunities alongside work. There is a strong cohesion among colleagues and teams. You will also be part of the network for ST doctors in general medicine in the region.

For those who want to work as an ST doctor in general medicine, we offer an additional 5000 SEK per month, which will be paid out after half of the ST training has been completed.

We also offer wellness grants and access to training facilities, group training, and gyms at our larger facilities.

The position involves common tasks at a health center such as own reception, child health care, and care and collaboration with the municipality. This is combined with courses and side assignments.

The content of the position follows the goal description according to SOFS 2015/HSLF-FS 2021:8.

For your development, there are good conditions for building competence as a specialist in general medicine. We offer professional support in the form of supervisors and study directors and engaged administrators who help you with, for example, booking side assignments and courses.

Requirements:

• valid Swedish medical license or that you will have obtained it by the time of employment. In other words, it is fine to apply at the end of AT or BT.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in general medicine. You are easy to collaborate with while also driving and taking responsibility for your own work, are motivated, and have good self-awareness. You have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required during the specialist training. You can communicate with patients and colleagues fluently. We are building for the future and would like you to have an interest in a more long-term collaboration and a desire to contribute to the development of primary care. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
