You will work with a client that operates in several locations in Sweden and has approximately 400 employees. The finance function has overall responsibility for financial and management accounting, procurement, and operational statistics, and consists of several units with a total of around 50 employees.

As a consultant, you will be part of the organization responsible for ongoing accounting. The unit consists of nine employees and a unit manager.

In the role of accounting assistant, you will primarily work with:

• Handling and coding of supplier invoices
• Ongoing financial administrative tasks
• Other relevant tasks within the unit's area of responsibility as needed

The assignment gives you a great opportunity to develop your skills in invoice management and financial administrative processes in a larger and structured organization.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying economics/accounting at the university level and wants to combine work and studies
• Has previous experience in financial administrative work
• Is familiar with working in financial systems
• Has good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Has a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in financial administrative work within the public sector

• Part-time during spring 2026, with a planned start in February or March
• During the period of June–August, the scope is preliminarily full-time in connection with summer replacements
• Work is performed during the day, on weekdays without weekends
