We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and varied role where customer support meets marketing. As a Customer & Marketing Support, you will be an important support function in the daily work and serve as the link between customer support, marketing, and the product organization. You will help ensure that our customer information, website, and digital materials are always accurate, updated, and relevant. This role is suitable for you if you have an eye for structure, enjoy communication, and want to work with both administration, systems, and content.
Main responsibilities include:
- Administer customer registers and web accounts and support customer service with inquiries and orders.
- Assist marketing with product information, text and image materials, and updates to the website and e-commerce.
- Handle newsletters, translations, and simpler image and text materials, as well as photograph products when needed.
All work aims to ensure that information and digital content are always accurate, easily accessible, and updated for both customers and internal colleagues.

Detail-oriented, structured, and communicative? Do you enjoy working in a varied everyday life where each day can look a little different? Then this could be the role for you. You express yourself well in speech and writing, have an easy time collaborating, and are curious to learn new systems and tools.

- That you take responsibility for ensuring that information is accurate and updated.
- That you work in a structured but flexible manner and contribute to an efficient flow of information between customer support, marketing, and product.
- That you are attentive, solution-oriented, and have a communicative and service-minded attitude.
Meritorious
- Experience from the furniture or textile industry, especially B2B, is an advantage as it helps to quickly understand the product range, materials, and customer needs.
- Basic Excel and data processing skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
