We are looking for a dedicated employee for our swimming pool. We offer a varied job in an organization with a wide range of activities, short decision-making paths, and high engagement. We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our team at the Swimming Pool in Tillberga. The swimming pool in Tillberga has recently been renovated and is centrally located in Tillberga, adjacent to a school and sports hall. The facility has a 16-meter long pool with a sauna, café, and massage services. The swimming pool is open to the public on weekdays and Saturdays. During the week, activities such as water aerobics and swimming lessons are conducted in the hall.
We are looking for a driven and engaged colleague to join our team. To create the best possible experience for our visitors, you need to see the whole picture regarding the maintenance of the facility, as cleanliness and tidiness are of utmost importance to us. Your duties will include supervising and maintaining our swimming areas, conducting swimming lessons, leading group training sessions, and cleaning. We also staff the reception and café.
We are a small workgroup and place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a cheerful and engaged person who is motivated to work with people. We consider personal suitability to be more important than experience.
Your responsibilities
· Planning swimming lessons and other activities at the pool
· Conducting swimming lessons
· Leading group training
· Lifeguarding
· Administration
· Providing massage
· Staffing the reception and café
· Cleaning the facilities and pool
Your qualifications:
You are a cheerful, positive, and energetic person with a strong sense of service.
You are proficient in the Office suite and are accustomed to working administratively.
You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Swimming instructor training is an advantage.
Lifeguard training is an advantage.
Massage training is an advantage.
A valid extract from the police record must be presented before an employment offer is made.
