RAMS Tech is growing and is therefore looking for a RAMS Engineer (reliability/safety) who is attracted to a creative environment and has the desire to continue driving the company towards new goals. We now need reinforcement with consultants primarily towards our clients in the railway and energy sectors. RAMS Tech offers you a creative job where you will be part of a team with competent and dedicated employees who are specialists in providing qualified services.

We are looking for a person with a technical interest, with an academic degree at the master's level and preferably with work experience in RAMS. Experience from the railway or energy sector is, of course, also an advantage.

​You have a pronounced analytical and systematic ability while being results-oriented. Since the assignments are carried out in close collaboration with our clients, it is essential that you are a team player and have the ability to build good relationships. The assignments are based on your ability to work independently and take your own initiatives. We expect you to express yourself in both English and Swedish in writing and verbally.

About the role

The company's assignments can vary from shorter interventions, such as performing individual analyses, to longer assignments with complete responsibility for reliability/safety within the framework of larger projects. Usable methodologies may include risk analyses, fault tree analyses, life cycle cost analyses, maintenance analyses, and requirements management. Documentation that includes planning, execution, and final reporting is often part of the assignments. As a consultant, you will lead and carry out the assignment in close cooperation with the client and with resources within the company.
