Who are we?

At Norralundsgatan 7, we are a team that works daily to make a difference in people's lives in Haga and surrounding areas. We perform approved services in the homes of our care recipients and operate in the areas of Haga, Abelbeckers, Hallberga, Pryssgården, Fyrby, and Sörby.

With a rehabilitative approach, we help our care recipients live a safe and independent life in their own homes, based on the individual needs of the care recipient.

We are now looking for new colleagues for temporary positions!

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently every day and become an important part of our ongoing work where continuity and quality are the focus.

Your responsibilities

You provide individualized and professional care, paying attention to and addressing physical, mental, and social needs.

You provide personal care that may include assistance with hygiene, dressing, and medication management.

You also contribute to a pleasant home environment by helping with household chores such as cleaning, shopping, and laundry.

In addition, you have an important social role where you create security and community through conversations, walks, or other activities that contribute to the well-being of the user.

You work both independently and in good collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups, where you together create quality in care and support.

Documentation and registration of deviations are a natural part of your work to ensure good continuity and quality. You also contribute to business development and follow the routines that exist regarding the work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in care and support work. It is an advantage if you have training in care and support.

As a person, you have the ability to work independently. You collaborate well with care recipients, colleagues, unit managers, and other stakeholders.

You find it easy to build good relationships and actively contribute to a good work environment.

You are flexible and can adapt when plans change during the day.

You are solution-oriented and work to provide the best possible care to our care recipients.

You focus on the needs of the care recipient and work from a rehabilitative approach.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You should be able to cycle as a bicycle is the primary work tool for getting around.
