Team Manager at Rechon Lifescience

Rechon Lifescience is now looking for a Team Manager for our team of process and maintenance technicians. This role is new in the organization and offers an opportunity to take overall responsibility for a technical team in an operation characterized by quality, collaboration, and high regulatory requirements.

You currently lead a team of about 8 technicians, with the ambition for the group to grow over time. This role suits you if you are technically secure, clear in your leadership, and not afraid to pitch in where needed.

About the Position

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the team's daily work related to maintenance and technical activities in production. You will ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, structured, and in accordance with applicable routines, as well as that the team has the right conditions to succeed in their mission.

You will work closely with the department manager and have close cooperation with production and other functions within the organization.

In your role as Team Manager, your main tasks will include:

• Leading, planning, and following up on the team's daily work
• Personnel responsibility for the team, including employee conversations, goals, and follow-up
• Ensuring that the work is carried out according to GMP and applicable quality routines
• Working with documentation such as SOPs, reports, and deviations
• Investigating and following up on technical deviations and participating in root cause analyses
• Ensuring competence, training, and compliance within the team
• Participating in and driving internal PULS meetings
• Collaborating closely with production and other departments
• Working in reporting and maintenance systems

The position of Team Manager is a recruitment with a start date to be agreed upon.

About You

We are looking for someone with leadership experience and personnel responsibility, along with a technical background in maintenance, process, or production. You have worked in quality-controlled environments and have a good understanding of GMP, preferably from the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or food industry. You are accustomed to working with documentation, deviation management, and have good system skills, preferably from various reporting or maintenance systems.

As a leader, you are structured, clear, and confident in your way of leading others. You find it easy to collaborate, communicate clearly and unpretentiously, and thrive in a role close to operations where you are near both people and processes.

Important for the position are:

• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• Technical background in maintenance, process, or production
• Experience in GMP and quality-controlled industry
