Onsite IT Support

Brief Summary of the Role

We are currently seeking a service-oriented and self-driven consultant for onsite IT support to work in a mission-critical environment for one of our clients. The role requires daily presence close to users, with responsibility for ensuring a stable and functioning IT workplace. The assignment is full-time and requires physical presence at the client's office in Lund.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support when remote support is insufficient

Install, configure, and deliver computers, phones, and other client-related IT equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in client environments, peripheral equipment, and conference rooms

Manage printers and meeting technology

Work with systematic troubleshooting during incidents and disruptions

Document cases and solutions in the ticketing system and knowledge database

Support colleagues at other locations during major incidents or security-related events

Ensure high quality in the local onsite delivery

Mandatory Requirements

Experience working in onsite IT support or a similar user-facing IT role

Strong ability to work systematically with troubleshooting in client environments

Familiarity with documenting cases and working in ticketing systems

Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Valid driver's license (B)

Willingness and ability to undergo security clearance according to applicable regulations

Desirable / Preferred Competencies

Experience working in larger organizations with complex IT environments

Previous work with prioritized or time-critical support cases

Good communication skills and a professional approach to users

Full-time, consulting assignment

Start Date and Duration

Start around the end of March 2026

The assignment will last until around September 2026
