JOB DESCRIPTION

Salberga Prison has workshops that primarily work with various types of light manufacturing as well as assembly and packaging work. As a production leader, you will have direct contact with our clients in the prison's production. In your daily contact with the inmates, your work will contribute to the clients' learning but also to helping them reflect on their situation.

After an introduction, you as a production leader will be responsible for the daily operations. You will plan, distribute work, ensure quality, and ensure that our deliveries are made on time. You will also participate in the production work yourself. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for production planning. We are now looking for seasonal substitutes for the operational work!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the employer deems relevant.
• Work experience, including seasonal work, hourly employment, or self-employment. Internships and volunteer work are not considered equivalent to employment.
• The ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within assembly, packaging, and service production.
• Work experience within service production, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics.
• Work experience within corrections, security work, social care, psychiatry, or healthcare and social work.
• Experience in educational work.
• Experience in motivational work.
• Knowledge of treatment work and understanding of the significance and role of the work in the inmates' execution of sentences.
• Good computer skills.
• Relevant language skills.
