Hello Opportunity! Are you our new HSE specialist? In this role, you will assist our clients with their work regarding occupational health and safety, internal/external environment, and security. This means you will support them in their improvement and sustainability efforts and create opportunities for development and growth.

By examining the current situation and analyzing both the whole and the details, you identify and drive the implementation of relevant measures so that the client achieves their set goals and builds a robust company. To find strengths and encourage staff capabilities, this is done in close collaboration with the business. You will, among other things, perform risk assessments and accident investigations, conduct audits, write environmental reports, work with chemical systems as well as deviations, but above all, work with preventive measures. The role is both developing and varied as we have many clients and assignments at different levels, in several different industries.

Hello you! You have a strong commitment to the environment, occupational health and safety, and sustainability, and want to contribute to safe and efficient processes. You thrive on variety and gain energy from switching between small assignments and larger projects with different types of clients. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and used to adapting to different situations.

You have experience in risk assessments and compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, and you are comfortable handling contacts with authorities. You are accustomed to working with ISO standards, particularly ISO 14001 and 45001, and have knowledge of management systems and improvement work. The ability to drive change in complex environments is an important part of the role.

It is advantageous if you have experience with ISO 50001, chemical systems, as well as sustainability reporting according to ESRS (mandatory for large companies) and knowledge of VSME (voluntary standard for small and medium-sized enterprises). Experience with LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and digital product passports. BAS P/U, measurements (sound, air, noise, etc.) are also advantageous.

You communicate clearly in speech and writing in Swedish and English and find it easy to build relationships with management, employees, and various suppliers. We prefer that you have an engineering degree or equivalent competence and previous experience in similar tasks.
