JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you who are a nurse and would like to work nights in a smaller municipality with short decision-making paths where your commitment is valued.

Your area of responsibility covers the entire municipality with 3 SÄBO and 3 home care areas, distributed over 3 locations. You will be based in the central location of Hammarstrand. The night shift means that you will largely work as a solo nurse but will have good contact with the nursing staff in the various units. We see that you are inspired by meeting the elderly and that you work with sensitivity and empathy based on good professional knowledge and experience. You are flexible and can plan your time effectively.

You will be responsible for the care of the patients through, among other things, advice, medical assessments, and medication management. The work also consists of guidance, advice, and support for the nursing staff. Even though you work independently, you will be part of a team with engaged and competent colleagues.

Your shifts will include both nights and evenings. Night shifts are from 18:15 to 07:15, and evening shifts are from 13:00 to 24:00. In the current schedule, you will work 7 evening shifts and 7 night shifts over a 5-week period, as well as 2 weekends out of 5.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a nursing degree.

The position requires you to have a B driver's license.

As a night nurse, we see that you have several years of experience in the profession.

It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal healthcare and night work.

We value qualities such as the ability to communicate well and provide good service, flexibility, unpretentious listening to team members, the ability to work in a structured and orderly manner, and good collaboration with other professional roles. In demanding situations, you can maintain a positive attitude and focus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Other specialist training, such as district nurse training or other relevant education, is advantageous.
