We are expanding our private clinic located in beautiful Strömsund in northern Jämtland County. You are likely currently working as a dentist in a larger city or have recently graduated and see this position as an opportunity for a better life.

You have nature right outside your door with fishing, boating, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, mushroom and berry picking, etc. You can also golf just 5 minutes from central Strömsund on a very nice 9-hole course. Next to it is the campsite with three heated pools. There are two nice clay courts for tennis in the middle of the community. In the summer, the community comes alive a bit extra during the Dundermarknaden with artists, a carnival, etc. If you want to do more things, you can go to Östersund, which is just over an hour away, or to Åre, which is two hours away.

In Strömsund, it is easy to live. People are friendly and helpful. There is a sense of community even if you don’t know each other. It is also a very safe place without gangs, shootings, and other troubles.

Do you also want to have it this good? If so, you should apply for the position, which is likely better paid than the one you have today. We also want you to have time for everything outside of work, so it is possible to work half days on Fridays or be completely off on Fridays.

About you and the position

You are a skilled, dedicated, and responsible dentist. You also have a social competence that makes you and your colleagues enjoy working together. A good work environment is very important to us. We will also ensure that you receive the support and any guidance you need to succeed.

Your main tasks will be to diagnose and treat dental and oral health problems in adults as well as perform preventive dental care in collaboration with our dental hygienist.
