The Bräcke primary care area consists of two health centers, Bräcke and Kälarne health center, as well as a district nurse reception in Gällö. At the health center in Bräcke, 4 permanent doctors work, and in Kälarne, there is 1 permanent doctor. Together with district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, midwives, and rehabilitation coordinators, we care for over 5000 patients. We are also responsible for 3 special accommodations.

Bräcke health center is a pleasant, fully staffed, and well-functioning workplace with close cooperation between the different professional categories. Patients are usually very satisfied with Bräcke health center thanks to our commitment and personal approach. Additionally, all patients have a permanent doctor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the urgent care unit, you can meet everything from sick children, heart attacks, sepsis, injuries, to patients with mental health issues. Since Östersund hospital is located 70 kilometers from Bräcke, many patients first seek help from us, and we never know in advance how the day will turn out. Therefore, we are looking for a flexible and committed resident doctor with an interest in rural medicine.

You will receive developing and inspiring supervision from our permanent medical team with 1 main supervisor. You will become part of our team, and we can adapt the work setup based on your needs and the conditions of the operation. We offer individual and flexible solutions so that you can get the best out of both work and leisure. There are good communications with Östersund via E 14, train, and bus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed physician. Experience working as a physician in several different settings is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, especially the ability to collaborate and communicate, as well as a strong interest in rural and general medicine.

Experience is required.
