The Operation

We are looking for two nursing assistants for Home Care. We are looking for someone with previous experience in care and support. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and can work independently as we often work alone. The working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a nursing assistant with us means that you provide support and service based on the individual needs of the user and are responsible for ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions with the user in their home. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical interventions, carrying out service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., as well as working and documenting in various systems.

Qualifications

You who apply should be a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title, have experience in care and support, and hold a B driver's license. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing to communicate with users and other staff and to document what the operation and work require. We conduct language mapping before employment.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their profession and wants to deliver good care and service. Much of the work is done alone, so it is important that you are responsible, attentive to the individual’s needs, and can quickly adapt in your work and prioritize according to current conditions. You should also have a good demeanor and a strong empathetic ability. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working Hours/Duration

The positions are full-time and until 27-03-31 and 27-05-31 respectively. Start date by agreement. Interviews may begin before the application period has expired.
