About the role

In this role, you will work broadly with service, maintenance, and repairs on Bergkvara's electric and diesel buses from a large number of manufacturers. You will primarily be based in the workshop in Ängelholm, where fieldwork may occur as needed. You will become part of a safe and experienced team where everyone helps each other and where your skills are valued. No two days are alike, with both planned and urgent tasks, troubleshooting and diagnostics, as well as opportunities to develop in the areas you are passionate about. More specifically, the position includes:

- Service, maintenance, and repairs on electric and diesel buses

- Diagnostics and troubleshooting

- Planned service and urgent repairs

- Work primarily in the workshop and in the field as needed

About you

The following are requirements for the position:

- Vocational education in vehicle technology at the upper secondary level

- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on passenger cars or heavier vehicles such as buses, trucks, or construction machinery

- Knowledge of diesel engines, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

- Driver's license B

- Very good knowledge of Swedish or English

Meritorious:

- C or D driver's license

- Experience with diagnostic tools from Scania, Volvo, or Mercedes-Benz

- High-voltage competence in passenger cars

Other information

Start: Immediately by agreement

Location: Ängelholm

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 2 shifts scheduled during day and evening

Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement

Other: Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, applications will be processed starting 5/1–2026
