In the role of operational buyer, you are a key person in ensuring the material flow to the production line. You are responsible for purchasing materials for production, warranties, retrofits, and self-manufactured spare parts. The work involves close collaboration with internal functions and requires a structured and proactive approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the purchase of the right materials at the right time
• Working with change management and rescheduling
• Handling daily operational purchasing issues in the SAP business system
• Contributing to efficient flows and good information transfer between departments

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience or education in purchasing
• Experience working in business systems, preferably SAP
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for prioritizing. You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and like to work closely with the business. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
