Europcar is growing and gaining more customers, which is why we are now looking for an additional car rental agent to join our team in Sundsvall! Do you want a varied job with a lot of customer contact? Then this job could be for you! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has previous experience working with customers.

As a car rental agent at Europcar, you will work with all tasks at the rental station to ensure that our customers receive a professional and pleasant service.

• Receive booking inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Answer questions about prices, availability, equipment, and terms

• Issue and receive rental cars

• Administer bookings in the business system

• Inspect the condition of cars after rental and note any damages

• Prepare the car for new rentals by cleaning, tidying, and refilling fluids such as windshield washer fluid

• Deliver and pick up cars from our corporate customers

You will be based at Berners, where you and your colleagues will staff the counter. During departures and arrivals, you will assist each other and also staff the airport rental counter and deliver and pick up cars as needed.

The team consists of two car rental agents and a station manager who work operationally in the business. We have a close collaboration with Tire & Car Care, with whom we share premises. Here, we help each other both in work and in everyday life – and we gladly share both lunch and coffee breaks. We welcome you to a close-knit and unpretentious group where it is easy to feel at home.

• Has previous experience with customer contact in face-to-face interactions

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Enjoys a physically active job

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in car rental.

As a person, you are service-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused. You enjoy interacting with people and providing good service, even when the pace is high at times.

Working hours: Every other week 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. On-call one weekend a month.
